RISE provided the crucial Vision & Goal Setting from the Coaching Collective, helping her cut through the noise of limiting beliefs and articulate precisely what she wanted: not just a job, but a thriving UK career.

    2. EMPOWER: The Confidence to Convert

    Preparation gave way to transformation. EMPOWER focused on converting her overseas experience into UK success.

    This phase was dynamic. It wasn’t about passive learning; it was about active skill-building. She joined Clinical Competency Workshops where she tackled UK-specific case studies and documentation. Crucially, she paired this technical knowledge with the Emotional Intelligence and Communication skills from the Coaching Collective, turning nervous interview anxiety into confident, authentic self-presentation.

    Through personalized Peer Mentorship and tailored CV support, Aisha learned not only what to say, but how to communicate her value to an NHS hiring manager. Her knowledge was validated, her confidence soared, and she secured a fantastic role.

    3. SUSTAIN: The Foundation of Resilience

    Landing the job was the halfway point. SUSTAIN was about ensuring Aisha didn’t just survive her first year, but thrived.

    The transition doesn’t end on day one. We supported her through Workplace Advocacy and navigating her rights. More importantly, we helped her implement the Habit Formation & Self-Care Routines from the Coaching Collective. This established the resilience necessary to manage the pace of NHS life. She developed her CPD Portfolio, turning annual reviews into strategic career planning sessions, ensuring her growth never stagnated. She built a powerful network, transforming the initial feeling of solitude into genuine Community Support.

    4. THRIVE: The Fuel for Future Leaders

    Today, Aisha is a leader in her department, a registered mentor herself, and a living testament to the REST framework. THRIVE is her continuous fuel.

    It’s about looking beyond the immediate role. She leveraged the program’s Leadership & Innovation Training to initiate a small research project in her clinic. She is now focused on her Long-Term Vision, exploring Academic Opportunities and giving back by mentoring new international AHPs who are just starting their own RISE journey.

    The REST Mentorship Collective is designed to provide targeted support and a community framework for individuals focused on holistic Personal and Professional Development using the four-stage REST Framework (Rise, Empower, Sustain, Thrive).

    It functions as a strategic coaching and accountability program, guiding participants through internal transformation and external achievement:
